Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, during sales or promotions, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

At 44HOURS, we offer free shipping within Europe on orders over €150 and free international shipping on orders over €200. All shipments within Europe are handled by DHL and DHL Express, while international shipments are managed by FedEx.

International: Delivery time varies based on destination and local FedEx services

Please note that delivery times depend on the courier (DHL for European shipments and FedEx for international shipments) and may vary due to holidays or delays. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs
For orders under €150 within Europe and orders under €200 for international shipping, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders placed through 44hours.com are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
44HOURS has no control over these additional charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
