Damaged or Defective Item
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos at contact@44hours.com. We will review the issue and resolve it quickly.

Return and Refund Policy

Our pieces are designed to work across your entire day. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return label validity Once your return label is issued, you must drop off your parcel within 10 days. After 10 days, the label expires and you will need to request a new return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned exactly as received

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • All original tags attached
  • Packed in the original box or packaging

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Netherlands: €6.95
Belgium & Germany: €10.95
Europe (other countries): €19.95
International (non-EU): €49.95

The return label cost is deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit your return
    Go to Return Portal. Select the item and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive your return label by email.
  2. Prepare your package
    Repack the item in its original packaging and include the packing slip. Returns without the slip cannot be processed.
  3. Ship your return
    Use the provided label and drop off your package with the designated carrier.
  4. Refund
    After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
    44HOURS is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. If a return does not meet the conditions, the shipping cost to resend the item back to you is your responsibility.
