If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Simply contact our customer service team and provide photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in offering timeless, versatile pieces that seamlessly fit into your life. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition, free of damage, and with all tags intact.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging/box they were delivered in.
- We kindly ask that items are returned exactly as you received them, reflecting the care and quality we put into each piece.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, kindly place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

Choose the items you wish to return and specify the reason. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label via email. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. - Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Please include packing slip(order form). Your return will not be processed without the slip. - Ship Your Return
Use this label to ship your package with the designated carrier. - Refund Process
